Sfiiri offers several different payment methods for paying for courses, and the payment method you choose will partly affect how the course proceeds. Below is information about the different Safiiri invoices
- You can pay your bill in 1–4 installments. Bills will appear in the Safiiri app shortly after you sign up.
- Once you have paid the invoice, the corresponding amount will be credited to your Safiiri account. When you have a balance in your account, you can, for example, take theory lessons or book driving lessons.
- You can pay your bill in advance before the due date, in which case the balance will be available to you as soon as the payment is processed.
- If you pay for the course in a single payment (in one installment), the full amount will be available in your course account as soon as the payment is processed by Safiir.
- You can find your invoices in the "Wallet" section of the Safiiri app
Klarna / Credit Card Payment
- If you pay for the course with Klarna or a credit card, the full course balance will be available in your course account immediately. This means you’ll have full access to the service right from the start of the course.

- You can pay for the course via online banking. As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll have access to all the course content.
Regardless of your payment method, you will receive an electronic receipt for the transaction or order via email.

You can access your profile settings by clicking the gear icon. Here you can edit your personal information, such as your app password.
Under "Learning Pace," you can set your desired timeline for completing the course. The app will guide your progress based on the selected learning pace. You can also set a custom learning pace if you prefer.

Profile
In your profile, you can see the location where you are taking the course, your instructor’s information, and your study path. The study path serves as a checklist of key course events and as a visual timeline showing your progress in the course.
Profile Settings
You can access your profile settings by clicking the gear icon. Here you can edit your personal information, such as your app password.
Under "Learning Pace," you can set your desired timeline for completing the course. The app will guide your progress based on the selected learning pace. You can also set a custom learning pace if you prefer.
Under "My Availability," you can select the times when you are available for driving lessons. We recommend setting your availability as broadly as possible so that the instructor can suggest times that work for you and the course can move forward.

Starting the course
You can start your theory studies right at the beginning of the course, regardless of your payment method. If you’ve chosen to pay via Epic invoice, you can complete course assignments at the same pace as your payments. If you’ve chosen a one-time payment or Klarna, all services are immediately available to you. You can start your driving school theory studies online at your own pace, whenever it suits you best. ❤️
Driving licence licence
Early on in driving school, you’ll need to obtain a learner’s permit. You’ll need a learner’s permit to take the written and road tests, so it’s a good idea to get one as soon as possible.
Epic app
Through the Epic app, you can complete the theory portion of the course, practice for the theory test, and book driving lessons. You can also set your preferred learning pace in the app and view your billing status. If you have any questions during the course that you can’t find answers to in the app, you can always contact our customer service.
Home screen
On the home screen, you can view your study progress and app notifications. You’ll receive notifications about new invoices, approved or proposed driving lesson bookings, and other important course-related events. We recommend keeping app notifications enabled for the duration of the course.

Self-study and theory classes
In the theory section, you can complete the course’s required and optional theory lessons, practice the various topics of the course through self-study, and use the theory exam practice program. The mandatory theory lessons included in the course must be completed during the control room’s opening hours. You can view the opening hours in the theory section by clicking the green box. You can switch between the self-study section and the mandatory theory lessons by clicking the text at the top.

Appointments
In the "All" view of your schedule, you can see all upcoming theory and driving lessons, as well as active booking requests
You can make a new appointment by clicking the “New Appointment” button.
Theory Class Reservations
You can find all the required theory lessons for the course in the Theory section, where you can complete them at your own pace without having to register separately.
You must register for additional theory classes by making an appointment. You must register for classes no later than 4:00 p.m. on the preceding weekday (Mon–Fri).
Simulator driving lessons
You can book simulator driving lessons directly from the booking view by selecting “Simulator.”
The app will show you the address where the simulator is located. After making a reservation, check the "Simulator Instructions" section for your personal login credentials for the simulator and instructions on how to use the app to unlock the office door.
Please note that the risk recognition simulator sessions included in the course are only conducted toward the end of the driving school program, once you have gained experience driving in traffic. This means you can only book the first 2–6 basic simulator sessions before taking driving lessons in a real car with your instructor. The number of basic sessions depends on the package you purchase.
Driving hours
For driving lessons that can be taken in the correct vehicle, a booking request is sent to your instructor via the booking view. The instructor can approve the lesson or suggest another suitable time for the driving lesson
Wallet
In the Wallet view, you can see your available balance, upcoming and past transactions, and course invoices. You can also purchase additional services, such as extra driving lessons, in this view.
You can access course content in line with your payments. For example, if you have paid half of the course fee, you can use the services up to the amount of the balance in your account. Your balance decreases as you use the services and increases when you make payments. If you have paid for the course with a one-time payment or via Klarna, your balance will be full at the start of the course, allowing you to use all services.

Sfiiri offers several different payment methods for paying for courses, and the payment method you choose will partly affect how the course proceeds. Below is information about the different Safiiri invoices
- You can pay your bill in 1–4 installments. Bills will appear in the Safiiri app shortly after you sign up.
- Once you have paid the invoice, the corresponding amount will be credited to your Safiiri account. When you have a balance in your account, you can, for example, take theory lessons or book driving lessons.
- You can pay your bill in advance before the due date, in which case the balance will be available to you as soon as the payment is processed.
- If you pay for the course in a single payment (in one installment), the full amount will be available in your course account as soon as the payment is processed by Safiir.
- You can find your invoices in the "Wallet" section of the Safiiri app
Klarna / Credit Card Payment
- If you pay for the course with Klarna or a credit card, the full course balance will be available in your course account immediately. This means you’ll have full access to the service right from the start of the course.
Online banking payment
- You can pay for the course via online banking. As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll have access to all the course content.
Regardless of your payment method, you will receive an electronic receipt for the transaction or order via email.
- If you have a Gmail/Hotmail/Live account, be sure to check your email's spam folder as well.
- An automatic payment reminder will be sent 14 days after the due date.
- When paying, always use the reference number and amount of the invoice in question.

In your profile, you can see the location where you are taking the course, your instructor’s information, and your study path. The study path serves as a checklist of key course events and as a visual timeline showing your progress in the course.
Profile Settings
You can access your profile settings by clicking the gear icon. Here you can edit your personal information, such as your app password.
Under "Learning Pace," you can set your desired timeline for completing the course. The app will guide your progress based on the selected learning pace. You can also set a custom learning pace if you prefer.
Under "My Availability," you can select the times when you are available for driving lessons. We recommend setting your availability as broadly as possible so that the instructor can suggest times that work for you and the course can move forward.
